Welcome to Anlia Jewellery’s Return and Refund Policy. If you’ve found your way here, it likely means you need assistance or have encountered an issue with your items. While we meticulously craft each piece of jewellery to meet our quality standards, we understand that there may be instances where you’d like to exchange, return, or seek a refund for your item.
Rest assured, we’re here to listen and ensure your experience is as seamless as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we greatly value your interest in Anlia Jewellery.
As a boutique jewellery design studio, we have a limited window for refunds and returns. We only accept returns and refunds if there is a clear problem with the item during crafting or if there are shipping and handling issues. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 3 days from the date you received your product. After 3 days of receiving your product have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Nevertheless, we are always open to listen to you because we do care, and if there is something we can do for you, we certainly will do our best.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- If bought with gift cards
- If you downloaded our digital products.
- If you purchased our products on a flash sale or bundle offer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, you may want to send the email you received from us when the purchase was made and way of payment.
In the event of product damage during the shipping process, we request that customers promptly provide photographic evidence, enabling us to assess the situation and arrange for an exchange or refund as appropriate.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery we will assess the situation and give you an answer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected,
we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your
returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will
be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit
card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Some sale items cannot be refunded, specially flash sales or extraordinary season sales.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
wecare@anlia.jewellery.com
Shipping returns
To return your product email us to
wecare@anliajewellery.com and we will deliver you instructions within
48 hours. It usually takes us a couple hours to get back to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your
own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund unless we at Anlia recognize to
guarantee or replace your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items,
you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing
shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your
returned item.
