Natural Variability of Pearls: Pearls are organic gemstones, each possessing its own unique characteristics. As non-standard products, their individuality adds to their allure. While the products you receive will align with the descriptions provided on our website in terms of style, pearl grade, and accessory material quality, slight variations in color, size, and luster are to be expected due to the inherent nature of pearls. Images of irregularly shaped pearls, such as Baroque and KESHI pearls, serve as references, with actual items received taking precedence.

Import Duties and Consumption Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, consumption taxes, and other applicable fees incurred during the purchase process. We advise customers to communicate with us beforehand to address any queries or concerns regarding import duties and taxes.
